We will proceed together on ice and rock (mixed) waterfalls using crampons and ice axes, we will teach you to distinguish the conditions of the ice, such as temperature, plasticity and fragility. We will sketch out how to prepare the tools and the basics of rescue research with shovel-probe-artva, all aimed at reducing risks.

Two pairs of socks, long sleeved/legged undergarments (arms and legs) possibly in fleece or microfiber, 2 fleece or Polartech tops with high collar, softshell or Schoeller pants, waterproof Goretex pants, windproof Gore-tex jacket and down/synthetic jacket, light and thick gloves, hat to be worn under your helmet, ski-mask and goggles/sunglasses, sun cream with high UV protection.
